Terms: self rescheduling of appointment up to 12 hours prior to the booking time can be done through confirmation email. For rescheduling less than 12 hours, please whatsapp to our official number to notify. Do inform us of any changes/rescheduling at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time, else it will be considered as a no show. All no-shows will be charged accordingly and rescheduling may only be allowed on a case by case basis.
No refund for all bookings.
For chemical services , if any issue arises, feedback to us within 5 days after session. Client safety is our priority, therefore all chemical services, including color, shampoo etc are performed using our professional product line. We do not accept or use products brought in from outside the salon. These above policies are necessary so that we can continue to provide the best service for you. Thank you for your understanding 😉

By receiving services at HAAR ATTIC, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of your image, photos, or videos on our social media, website, and marketing materials ( Do let our stylist know if you do not wish to have your image taken in the salon):

1. Permission to Use
– You grant HAAR ATTIC HAIR SALON PTE LTD and its affiliates the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, edit, and publish your:
– Before/after photos
– Styling process videos (e.g., haircuts, color treatments)
– Testimonials or reviews (with or without credit)
– Features in ads, Instagram/Facebook/TikTok reels, or other promotional content.

2. How Your Content May Be Used
– For **portfolio displays** (website, salon portfolio books).
– For **social media promotion** (e.g., “Client transformations,” “Trend alert,” or “Featured look”).
– For **paid ads** (Meta, Google Ads) or collaborations with brands.
– With or without **tagging your profile** (unless you opt out).

3. Right to Request Removal
– To remove a photo/video of you, email to us with the post link.
– We’ll remove it from **our channels** within 7 days, but cannot delete copies shared by others.

4. Before/After Photos & Stylist Credits
– By agreeing to photos, you consent to potential close-ups of hair texture, color, or styling details.
– Your stylist may be tagged or credited (e.g., “Color by @StylistName”).

5. No Compensation
– You agree your image may be used **without payment** or additional perks.

6. Release of Liability
– You waive the right to sue for use of your likeness as described here.
– Once posted online, content may be shared by others beyond our control.

By sitting in our chair, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these terms.
